What we do
Day HR Consultants was created in 2019 to provide tailored HR services to the Retail, Retail Beauty, FMCG and Salon and Spa Industries.
We provide employee relations; organisational design and effectiveness; end-to-end talent; business transformation and change management to help companies attract, develop, retain and reward employees with the skills and behaviours to be successful.
You won't hear us talking about ‘HR best practice’ or using complicated and lengthy management theories. We provide commercial, pragmatic and agile bespoke solutions that drive sales and deliver to the bottom line.

Meet our founder
Rebecca Day, Founder and Director has over 20 years experience of working for some of the biggest global retail, beauty and FMCG companies as well as innovative start ups and SMEs and has a proven track record of delivering fast and effective commercial people solutions that deliver long-term profitable growth.
Rebecca has created people strategies; led multi-functional and multi-site HR teams; managed complex employee relations issues and spearheaded organisational design and business transformation projects that have added considerable value.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and an ACAS trained mediator.
