I ensure that we are legally compliant to minimise risk, manage the process to ensure least amount of stress and uncertainity possible for those affected, align with all stakeholders, provide support at all redundancy meetings, prepare all announcement and meeting scripts and follow-up communication. I also create comprehensive company-wide communication to ensure that your employees understand the reasons for redundancy and to surface and minimise any hidden concerns that those left behind may have.
I design and deliver two different redundancy workshops. One helps line managers support their team members directly affected by redundancy as well as those indirectly affected who remain in the company and may be feeling vulnerable and unsettled. The other, for those directly affected by redundancy, to help them manage the process and understand the change curve and prepare for their next role. This includes help with CV writing, LinkedIn profiles and preparing for interviews.
